We warrant originally purchased products for [2-years for our ENDEAVOR & ATX LINES]  and  [3-Years for our ASCENT LINE] from the purchase date from manufacture defects in materials or workmanship, accidental damage caused by your pet during normal activities or if chewed. Yes, even if your pup decides to chew through it, we've got you covered - Simply pay shipping and handling of the replacement!

VIP Lifetime Upgrade: Upgraded VIP Chew-Warranty Extends the original warranty to the lifetime of your pup and we cover the shipping of up to 2 replacements!

Note: We cannot upgrade or change your replacement item from the original item purchased. Your replacement will be the same size, pattern and product of your claim. Only original products are covered, replacement products will have a standard 1-year warranty. Shipping and handling is based on the current shipping rates at the time of claim.
